It has an area of 2x units².
A quadrilateral with 2 lines of symmetry is formed when 2 such unit shapes are joined together as shown below.
Using the smallest number of unit shapes,
(a)(i) form a square
(ii) find the area of the square in terms of x.
(b)(i) form a quadrilateral that has only one line of symmetry.
(ii) name the type of quadrilateral formed.
