Box A contained red and blue marbles. The ratio of the number of red marbles to the number of blue marbles was 2/3
Box B contained green and yellow marbles. The ratio of the number of green marbles to the number of yellow marbles was 1/4 .
The ratio of the total number of marbles in Box A to the total number of marbles in Box B was 1/3
(a) Express the ratio of the number of red marbles to the number of yellow marbles.
(b) After 1200 red marbles were added to BoA the total number of marbles in Boxes A and B became the same. Find the total number of marbles in the two boxes in the end.
